According to the specifications of the BLE (Federal Office for Agriculture and Food) and the BMEL (Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture), electric fence elements must meet certain technical requirements to ensure the protection of the animal and to avoid accidents. These requirements relate, for example, to the stability and electrical properties of the elements.
